How Does Our Hydro Dipping Process Work?
Over the years, we have adopted modern technologies and made use of state-of-the-art tools to ensure every time, every item comes out exactly to your liking. We have developed a process that allows us to do just that.
Getting Your Design Right
We start each hydrographic printing job by first understanding your needs and getting the design right. With hundreds of patterns to choose from; ranging from skulls, flames, wood, graffiti, cartoon, carbon fibre, and many more, we can help you stand out in the crowd.
Whether it’s a different colour and finish or a print, you take your pick.
Repairing Surface Damage
In order to ensure smooth application of the design, we first check the surface thoroughly for any signs of dents, scratches or chips.
The next step involves using an adhesion promoter (if needed) and a primer before applying paint to match the entire surface.
Once the surface is primed and ready, we complete the process of hydro dipping in Dunfermline and transfer the design on to the item.
Making sure the design is smoothly transferred, we coat the item with a coat of glossy, matte or another finish so the design is sealed and protected for years to come.
